 You can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
 To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and labels intact.

2. Conditions for Exchange and Refund

     All items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
     If your product includes a mondayoff seal, the seal must remain intact. Removing the seal may disqualify the product from exchange or refund due to potential condition issues.
  2. For Wearable Items (Clothing)
     Clothing items must not show any signs of wear or washing.
     All tags and labels must remain attached in their original condition.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Refund.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

 Unless the product is defective or damaged, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 For international orders, customs fees, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Customs Delays for International Orders

When shipping internationally, customs clearance can cause delays: 

 Packages must pass through customs in both the originating and destination countries.
 Some customs processes are quick, while others may take longer due to regulations or procedural delays.
